Each card is unique, and results will vary depending on its condition. While we always strive for the best possible outcome, we do not guarantee any changes in third-party grading results.
All cards are handled with care, but cleaning and restoration carry inherent risks. By submitting cards, you acknowledge that minor wear, fading, or other unintended changes may occur.
Pokejem is not responsible for pre-existing damage, changes in third-party grading results, or any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party services (e.g., couriers or grading companies). By using our services, you agree to hold harmless Pokejem and its staff from any claims arising from the cleaning or restoration process. Liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid for the affected card(s).
Payment is required before the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed. Once cleaning or restoration has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Cards may be photographed upon receipt for documentation and quality assurance purposes. These images may also be used for promotional use by Pokejem, with the assurance that no personal information will be disclosed.
Pokejem reserves the right to decline service for any card deemed too fragile, high-risk, or unsuitable for our restoration process. This is done in the best interest of preserving the integrity of your card.
